![]() | Terry BlackwoodAs Head of Coaching Terry works with the Coach Leadership Group to oversee our coaching and ensuring the development of our coaches. A club member since 2012 Terry can usually be found at the back of races doing his best to look like he’s enjoying it. Terry tries to show by example that you don’t need to be fast to be a triathlete. Terry is the lead coach at Sun Lane. He also knows a lot about bikes. |
Craig DaveyCraig was bullied into doing Blenheim triathlon in 2013 and was hooked, joining WTC the following year. He has been a member ever since. Craig is qualified to Level 2 Diploma/Personal Coach. He can usually be seen haranguing swimmers at Sun Lane where he is the lead coach and at Thornes Strength & Conditioning, as well as most other sessions if extra cover is needed. | ![]() |

Mark MillsMark is an experienced athlete and coach. Having raced at Age Group level on the world stage and completed the British Triathlon High Performing Coach Program. He loves all the disciplines in triathlon but really loves a good run session whilst wearing his hat backwards! | ![]() |

He has been racing triathlons since 2020 and prefers the sprint distance. Whilst Leigh loves achieving his own goals, he prefers to assist others in achieving theirs. |
