What do we mean by multi-sport? Well, as you would expect from a triathlon club, we provide swim, bike and run sessions.
However, there is no pressure to take part in a multi-sport event or to participate in all three sports as a Member. Instead, we offer the opportunity to have a go and see what suits you best and our excellent coaches can support you in building confidence alongside strength, stamina and speed whilst having loads of fun with a great bunch of friendly people.
Members cover the full range of abilities with everyone supporting each other. Some train and compete across the disciplines, and let’s face it, multi-sport has changed a lot with aquathlon, duathlon, swim run and aqua bike just some of the options now. Others focus on one discipline or just like to mix up their training.
If you are hesitant about joining the Club or attending any of the sessions, please get in touch. We will listen to your concerns and match you up with an appropriate contact to talk you through what to expect (and they will probably be there if you do decide to give it a go). We can also refer you to one of our Club coaches to learn more about the different sessions if that would help.
